Nominate a Project for Solar Builder’s Project of the Year Awards

Solar Builder seeks to highlight the most outstanding PV projects in the solar industry each year. Any PV project is eligible — big or small — and we want you to tell us about them.

Yes, it is time once again to nominate projects for our Project of the Year Awards, sponsored this year by EagleView. Was your installation innovative in some way? Did it help a community? Does the site just look really awesome? If it’s inventive, interesting or impactful, it will be considered for our annual Project of the Year awards.

If you’re just hearing about this for the first time, check out last year’s winners.

To nominate a project ….

Fill out the submission form below by Aug. 31, 2022. Construction completion date must fall between Oct. 1, 2021 and Aug. 31, 2022. Only North American PV projects will be accepted.

Then what?

  • In September, we will gather the submissions and choose a field of the best nominees. We will publish the field of nominees and then let our readers vote on which projects stand out in each category.
  • All nominees are also eligible to be selected for an Editor’s Choice award. All winners will be featured in Solar Builder’s year-end magazine and exclusive online editorial.

Pro tips: The more information you provide, the better. Sell us on it — because what you submit will also be used in the online vote. And remember, this is a publication for solar pros — so nerdy project engineering insight is welcome and encouraged. Great photos and YouTube videos are also a nice touch.

Those are the details. The form is below. Good luck!
