Long-duration energy storage company ESS Tech has achieved UL 1973 certification for its S200 battery modules. UL 1973 is the safety standard for stationary batteries. S200 modules power the company’s Energy Warehouse and Energy Center product lines.
ESS has also completed UL 9540A fire safety testing. ESS iron-flow technology provides long-duration energy storage and is ideal for applications that require up to 12 hours of flexible energy capacity.
