As part of an ongoing effort to bridge the digital divide across the state, the California Public Utilities Commission is hosting a free webinar on the California Teleconnect Fund (CTF), which provides eligible organizations with discounted rates on select telecommunications and broadband services. CPUC staff will guide participants through the CTF process, ensuring that all eligible organizations have access to affordable telecommunication services.

WHAT: The CTF is dedicated to promoting digital equity and enhancing the quality of life for all Californians. During this webinar, CPUC staff will cover essential topics, including application entities, criteria, eligibility, and timelines; a demonstration of the electronic claim and application portal (eCAP); required documentation; the qualifying services worksheet; addressing application deficiencies; and determining eligibility.
