International racking manufacturer Arctech has launched its latest solar tracking solution, SkyWings, a dual-row tracker with a multi-point drive mechanism and patented bidirectional slew drives.
SkyWings is built to work on undulating terrain, with slopes up to 15%. Arctech designed the tracker with dual rows to increase the number of modules used on previous tracker models in similar project footprints.
SkyWings monitoring software includes shading and weather mitigation, stowing the tracker in high-wind conditions. It is compatible with Arctech’s module cleaning robot, SkyWe, ensuring performance in dusty environments like deserts.
