Portuguese chemical company ChemiTek has entered the North American market with its solar panel cleaning products through a distribution partnership with Sunbrush USA. Sunbrush is now the exclusive importer of ChemiTek products to the United States.
ChemiTek introduced a new range of products for the solar industry at Intersolar Munich. The products are specifically developed removal agents for different types of contaminants (e.g. cement dust, rust, hard water stains, limescale deposits, lichens, bird droppings, dust, etc.) and anti-soiling coatings to protect and mitigate soiling from the panels.
ChemiTek is committed to test all its products and ensure they are certified by international laboratories such as TÜV. The company’s main product, Solar Wash Protect, has conformity letters from a dozen Tier 1 panel manufacturers, including Trina, Longi and Jinko, stating that the products follow their guidelines and do not void the warranty of the panels.
